Black Friday IPhone with vehicle purchase offer – Terms and Conditions.

Offer available to eligible and qualified customers purchasing vehicles between 10:00 am Wednesday November 15th, 2023 and Thursday November 30th 2023. 

• Promotion Period:
• This promotional offer is valid only during the specified dates.
• Vehicle must be sold at list price and delivered in November. 
• Purchase of a vehicle from Imperial Capital Cars or an authorized representative thereof is required for this promotion.
• Eligibility & Qualification:
• Customers purchasing a vehicle from the dealership during the promotion period are eligible for the free iPhone SE offer.
• Qualified means ID Card holders over the age of 18 with a loan approval or proof of sufficient funds to purchase the vehicle.
• Vehicle Purchase Requirement:
• To qualify for the free iPhone SE, customers must complete the purchase of a used vehicle at the dealership during the promotion period.
• Limited Quantity:
• The free iPhone SE offer is subject to availability, and the dealership reserves the right to limit the quantity of free iPhones available during the promotion. 
• The offer is limited to one phone/discount per car/per customer.
• Model and Color:
• The model and color of the free iPhone SE may vary and are subject to availability. No specific model or color requests will be entertained.
• Claim Process:
• Customers eligible for the free iPhone SE will be provided with details on the claim process at the time of vehicle purchase.
• Activation and Warranty:
• The dealership is not responsible for the activation or warranty of the free iPhone SE. Customers must follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer for activation and warranty information.
• No Cash Substitute:
• The free iPhone SE is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• Returns and Exchanges:
• In the event of a vehicle return or exchange, the free iPhone SE must also be returned in its original condition. Failure to do so may result in a deduction of the iPhone’s value from any applicable refund.
• Taxes and Fees:
• Customers are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the free iPhone SE as required by local laws and regulations.
• Dealership Discretion:
• The dealership reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the dealership may substitute the promotional offer with an item of equal or greater value.

• This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
